What a device is
A device is a registered coding-agent environment, such as a laptop or workstation. Device inspection helps explain why two agents may resolve different Kits or Skills even when they share the same account.
List and inspect devices
List devices first, then inspect one device to see its effective Skills. This is a visibility workflow; it does not replace the agent-specific install guide.

Use device inspection when one machine has a missing or stale Skill while another works. Re-sync the Kit after confirming the device ID; do not edit generated plugin files by hand.
